Policies

SHIPPING

All fine jewelry orders are cast and put into production upon receipt of your order and payment in full.  Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase.  Occasionally for different reasons, we will already have your item in production or in stock, and will be able to ship sooner.  To inquire about your expected delivery date or to inquire regarding a faster delivery date, please email info@leejonescollection.com and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.  A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you upon shipping your order.  In the event of a production delay, we will promptly notify you with an updated timeframe. PLEASE NOTE that lead times may be longer than stated due to Covid-19.  Lee Jones Collection cannot be held accountable for unanticipated delays in production or shipping.

Lee Jones Collection offers complimentary UPS ground shipping on all orders over $300 USD. For all other domestic orders we ship via UPS or FedEx delivery service with a flat rate charge of $22.  2-day shipping is $30 and next-day air is additional $50. All jewelry shipments are insured and require a direct signature upon delivery.   

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there are high volumes of orders can take longer than the allotted time window.  We will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.  

We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

SALES TAX

Texas state sales tax (8.25%) is applicable to orders shipping within the state of Texas.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Since all pieces are handmade, purchased jewelry may not be identical to jewelry photographs on the website, as colors may slightly vary and sizes are approximate. 

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as PayPal. Payments are processed in full upon check out at www.leejonescollection.com.  Once you click on Check-Out, you are on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. For security reasons, we do not keep permanent records of your credit card information on file.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please call our studio at 210.748.5667 and leave a detailed message. We will get back to you with a confirmation.  Any refunds issued can only be issued to the original payment method.  

DAMAGES

Should your package arrive damaged and the jewelry within is harmed, please call our studio at 210.748.5667 within 24 hours of receiving the package to receive a full refund (including shipping charges) or exchange of item(s) at no cost. If a call is received past the 24 hour period, it will be considered a general return and the rules will therefore apply in that case (see ‘web returns’ section). Please retain a copy of your original receipt that is e-mailed to you at the time of purchase to avoid confusion.

PRODUCT CARE

Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore, delicate. We recommend not wearing jewelry at the gym, at the beach, while swimming in the pool, playing sports or in other environments that may be too harsh on your jewelry.  Please also avoid direct contact with chemicals such as perfume, house hold cleaners, detergent and lotion.  This applies in particular to our hand carved gemstone pieces.  Some gemstones will absorb chemicals and then become even more delicate.  We recommend that your jewelry is the last thing you put on after dressing and the first thing you take off before undressing.

REPAIRS

At Lee Jones Collection quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern.  However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate.  Should a piece of our jewelry need repair, please contact us at info@leejonescollection.com and provide the item in need of repair, the repair issue, the original sales invoice and your contact information.

If your item has been manufactured within the last 90 days, there will be no charge for the repair due to breakage caused by manufacturer defect.  We will provide you with a Repair Authorization number which we kindly ask that you clearly label on your return shipment.

After 90 days if we determine we can accept your repair,  a repair charge will be issued at the customer's expense.  Repairs are assessed on an individual basis.  

ALL repairs take approximately 4-6 weeks and are subject to shipping charges.  For your protection, please pack your return in the original box, ship your return with an insured carrier and retain your shipping receipt.  Lee Jones Collection is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.  

Items purchased through other Retailers/Stockists must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased and are subject to their repair policies.  Lee Jones Collection only accepts repairs for items purchased on our website or directly from the studio. 

PLEASE NOTE:

Items will not be accepted without an RA Number.

Please make sure to write the RA number on the package as shown above to ensure your return is accepted. Lee Jones Collection is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.  Credits are refunded upon receipt and inspection of the item via the original method of purchase. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via e-mail once the return is processed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

All of pieces purchased through this website are custom made to order.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, you can exchange your items for store credit only within 5 business days of receipt with all original packaging.  

IMPORTANT:  Items showing signs of wear or those that have been special ordered for custom size, engraved, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for exchange.  Further, items that you have kept for more than five (5) days after receipt cannot be exchanged. Items must be post marked no later than 7 days after receipt.

We will gladly assist you in finding a replacement and the perfect fit.   We recommend noting information on your selected piece, including measurements, before purchase.  We always welcome your e-mail to info@leejonescollcetion.com or a ring to the studio at 210.748.5667 to discuss a particular item in more detail before you make a purchase.  

Purchases through our stockists must be returned to the stockist directly and are subject to their individual store policy.

We will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email or address to anyone. Any information we collect is exclusively for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience. We use email to communicate with you about your orders and to let you know about special product introductions and other Lee Jones Collection news. We restrict access to your personal and business information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We do not disclose information about former customers, except as required by law.

E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We occasionally send e-mail messages and newsletters to inform our customers of special offers, product information and other news such as promotions. If you do not want to receive these types of communications, please click unsubscribe at the bottom of any of the e-mail you receive from Lee Jones Collection.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We will happy to talk with you about a custom order. We can customize most jewelry to a specific size or length; we may also be able to substitute materials. And, so long as it corresponds to our aesthetics and technical expertise, we can also create a uniquely new design for you. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable and will be considered a Final Sale. Custom Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been put into production.
